LRAU - Compensation for victims

Ten leading British law firms are busy preparing lawsuits before the European Court of Human Rights in Strassbourg on behalf of victims from the perverse law on urbanistic development in the Valencia region, the LRAU. They will be demanding very important sums in damages and harm.
In the report to the European Parliament by the investigating commission is also proposed that the victims be compensated for their losses and that a commission be set up for this purpose.
The minister for urbanistic matters in the Valensia government, Rafael Blasco, has already accepted that damages must be awarded, by proposing to set up offices where the victims may present their grievances and demands. It seems he also has realised that the new law proposal that his department has prepared, called LUV, will not meet European criteria. He has offered the socialist opposition to skip the LUV and paralize the projects for "makro-urbanisations" along the Costa Blanca if they agree to a pact on urbanistic matters.
The socialists have refused and demand that Blasco be fired.
